We offer streamlined shipping services with consistent processing and delivery timeframes regardless of warehouse location. All orders require 1-3 business days for processing (Monday through Friday) and are delivered within 7-14 business days (Monday through Friday).
Upon completing your purchase, we fulfill your order from our warehouse in your country when inventory is available. When the requested product is not stocked in your local warehouse, we dispatch your order from our nearest regional warehouse or from our primary production and inventory facility in China, where we maintain a comprehensive stock of all products.
Our global warehouse network operates Monday through Friday. After you complete your purchase, we process your order on the next business day and prepare it for shipment within 24-48 hours. Whether your order ships from your local warehouse or an international location, delivery typically occurs within 7-14 days after shipment using our express shipping methods.
Order Tracking and Communication
We provide your tracking number via email immediately after your order ships. You can monitor your shipment progress using the Track Your Order section on our website, which provides real-time updates on your package location and estimated delivery date.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Order Cancellation: You may request order cancellation by contacting us after receiving your order confirmation email. We can cancel your order and provide a full refund without deductions if your order has not yet shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you retain the option to return your order within 30 days of receipt according to our return policy guidelines.
Address Changes: We accommodate address change requests until your order ships. After shipment, we cannot modify delivery addresses through our system. You may contact the shipping company directly to request address changes, though success depends on the carrier's policies and your package's current location.
Package Security and Lost Shipments
We implement comprehensive security measures to prevent package loss by requiring signature confirmation for all deliveries and providing tracking numbers for every shipment. In the rare event that the shipping company loses your package, we will issue a full refund of your payment.
Please note that refunds for lost packages are only processed when tracking information confirms the package was not delivered to your specified address. When tracking shows successful delivery to your address, we cannot process refunds for reported losses, as this indicates the package reached its intended destination.
